What you’ll do

Support the new global customer contract database and billing system for Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) within a fast-paced global team.

Master customer interpretation and billing through comprehensive training.

Execute daily billing operations, accurately inputting contract pricing into the global system.

Collaborate with Billing Operations, Finance, Boarding Operations, Sales, and Pricing teams to resolve contract issues, address technology needs, and escalate orders.

Ensure data quality and accuracy for downstream teams through thorough summary audits.

Contribute to special projects focused on client billing and process improvement.

What experience you need 

Advanced spoken and written English Level (B2 or C1) 

2-3 years of proven accounting experience.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field, with 1-2 years of coursework successfully completed.  

What could set you apart

Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.

Familiarity with Oracle systems.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Excel or Google Sheets. `
