Responsibilities Ownership of billing cycle on specific projects assigned, including preparation, posting, and collection.Prepare and submit invoices for government contracts (T&M, CPFF, FFP, etc.)Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and contract-specific billing requirementsMaintain detailed billing records and support month-end close processesCollaborate with contracts, finance, and project teams for accurate invoice submissions, including preparation of backup supporting documentation as required.Assist with collections follow-up and resolve invoice discrepanciesUtilize billing systems such as Deltek CostpointAbility to communicate with Project Managers and Finance on billing issues or re-classes as neededAssist with entering accounts payable vouchersOther duties as assigned Required Experience/Qualifications 3+ years of GovCon billing experienceStrong understanding of government contract types and invoicing structuresFamiliarity with government compliance regulations (FAR/DFARS)Experience using Costpoint, Unanet, or similar systems preferredExcellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
