Join a dynamic and multicultural Bid Unit managed by the Executive Commercial Director, with team members located in Brussels, Colombo (Sri Lanka), Casablanca (Morocco), and Nanterre (France).
As a Senior Bid Manager, your role is central to expanding SUEZ Consulting’s international footprint through the preparation of successful proposals and bids for donor-funded projects. You will be instrumental in leading commercial efforts, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality tenders.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Commercial & Strategic Tasks
Monitor and analyze upcoming international tenders and funding opportunities Draft and manage Pre-Qualification and Expression of Interest files Prepare administrative sections of proposals and coordinate submission efforts Support the development of technical documents in collaboration with engineering teams Identify and initiate strategic partnerships and networks with external consultants and firms Take ownership in managing the full proposal cycle, from commercial screening through to contract negotiationReporting & Coordination
Maintain and update tender databases and internal commercial tracking tools Ensure all documentation is reviewed, validated, and submitted in accordance with deadlines and quality standards Coordinate input with Finance and Legal Departments, ensuring alignment on cost, compliance, and contractual matters Provide regular reporting to the Head of Bid Unit and executive leadership Represent the team in internal knowledge sharing activitiesCross-Functional & Leadership Contributions
Mentor and supervise junior bid manager and trainees Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities, technical working groups, and in-house events Support onboarding of new team members Deliver practical training sessions on bid and proposal preparation
