UPMC is looking for a Senior BI Developer to join their team. This position will be a hybrid role typical ON-SITE 1 week a month however could change. We are targeting candidates with Epic Ambulatory knowledge/certification, Epic Healthy Planet Certified is also preferred.

Description 
The Senior BI Developer develops and supports solutions that turn data into actionable information, enabling data driven decisions for UPMC. The Senior BI Developer creates and maintains reports and dashboards, moving data output from existing static content to interactive visualizations. The Senior BI Developer may need to do non reporting build within the electronic health record. This senior level position will act as a mentor and assist others when needed along with guiding and directing requests from end users so that we are meeting the needs and creating the best visualization for the organization.

Build and Maintenance of Healthy Planet Tools such as: HEDIS/Value Based Analytics My Panel Metrics MIPS Epic Flowsheets Compass Rose Programs CPT II codes Our Practice Alerts Social Drivers of Health Preference Lists Health Maintenance UDS Healthy Planet Link HCC Ability to create and present PowerPoint in meetings with IT and Physician Leadership Working with and creating Epic Radar Dashboards Working with and creating Epic Reporting Workbench Reports Working with Epic Slicer Dicer Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical requirements, visualization and interactive reports. Manage tasks and timelines related to assigned work. As a senior member of the team you will mentor, coach and assist with other team members as needed. Take ownership of a project and have the ability to distribute tasks to team members and meet milestone completion. Update all project management and time tracking tools accordingly. Work as a mentor when needed.
