Role responsibilities:
Take proactive ownership of complex cases. Ensure client inquiries are resolved and communicated within defined service levels. Ensures all communications are within regulatory guidelines, and are accurate, clear, and concise.Utilize prior experience to contribute effectively to Vanguard's working group addressing inheritance tax changes.Leverage your significant bereavement expertise and experience to deliver training and guidance to colleagues as well as the broader UKPI business.
Identify trends and contribute to process improvement efforts. Enhance interactions with clients by balancing the need to provide excellent service and building a scalable proposition through automation.
Develops and maintains proficient knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services. Understands the overall Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients.
You will also support vulnerable clients and participate in special projects
Client focus and impact: The role emphasizes building strong client relationships by balancing excellent service with scalable solutions, acting as an intermediary between FNZ and Vanguard, and prioritizing client needs.
Qualifications required:
Proven relevant work experience required with client services and bereavement.
An undergraduate degree or equivalent training/experience is necessary.
