Our salary range is $95,000 to $105,000, with up to $8,000 in additional incentives, along with a comprehensive benefits package.** **Senior Behavior Analyst** Job Responsibilities: + Supports the Behavior Services Manager in the clinical leadership for the office + Mentor and support the Assistant Behavior Analyst and Behavior Analyst roles through case consultations, observations, trainings, and, as applicable, case shares. + Mentor, support, and supervise trainees completing fieldwork hours as required by the BACB.
