(Senior) BD Coordination Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive (Senior) BD Coordination Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the sales pipeline, providing operational reports, and supporting sales leaders in achieving their targets. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with various teams.

We will count on you to:

Sales Pipeline Management:

Track and monitor the sales pipeline using CRM tools.Review opportunities with the broader team to determine whether to pursue or drop them.Update opportunity details and inform prospects as applicable.

Operational Reporting:

Provide operational reports focusing on internal performance metrics such as productivity and quality.Utilize workflow and core platform solutions to generate insights.Create and customize MPower views, reports, and dashboards for Business Unit leaders.Support CE and DE leaders in setting up team and individual sales targets and monitor progress.

Training and Support:

Prepare and deliver MPower training sessions for all Marsh users in the Mandarin-speaking region.Conduct SIP training for all related colleagues.Answer daily user questions regarding system functions and reporting, and report any system errors to the global support team.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

Attend guru meetings to stay informed about system updates and vulnerabilities.Participate in UAT testing and report bugs.

Sales Campaign Management:

Promote global and regional sales campaigns among colleagues and provide local results to the regional team.Conduct required analysis and prepare presentations for sales leaders.

SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) Verification and Audit:

Consolidate SIP updates from teams and verify details against the billing system.Answer questions related to SIP calculations and provide detailed calculation sheets.

What you need to have: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role in Finance industry (Insurance industry is a plus).Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365).Proficiency in MS office tools i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Fluency in both Mandarin & English.
