What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: + Manage and maintain Azure-based infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, and security. + Advance M365 and Azure feature adoption around data governance, compliance, cataloging, retention, etc. + Migrate local infrastructure services to cloud-based solutions such as Azure. + Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of Azure solutions + Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates. + Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for Azure environments. + Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their suitability for the nVent’s infrastructure needs. + Provide technical expertise and guidance in resolving complex infrastructure issues and outages. You have: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud administration, with a focus on Azure. + Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Security, Azure ARC, and Azure DevOps. + Experience building complex workflows with Power Automate and Business Process Flow + Experience in building and managing Microsoft Purview + Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible. + Proficiency in scripting languages, especially Powershell + Ability to communicate with clarity and simplicity on technical and non-technical matters spanning from strategy through to execution + Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities for self and team + Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to lead & influence cross functional and multinational teams **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
