About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst.


In this role, you will:

Work closely with application business owners (ABOs) on monthly, quarterly, and annual risk attestations and certifications. Provide follow-up and report results to FTO leaders.Collaborate with US team members to develop and document new processes supporting FTO risk deliverables.Responsible for tasks within assigned risk management discipline(s). Liaise with risk and FTO team members to effectively and efficiently complete required documentation and exercises by the published due date.Direct and administer risk activities within the broader team. Assign work, due dates and provide constructive feedback to FTO partners.Manage and maintain documentation library. Responsible for version control and access management.Manage group RMEO calendar, facilitate meetings and keep team abreast of upcoming risk deliverables.Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting.Engage senior leadership and executives to drive outcomes.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities.Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives as a technical professionalProvide a broad expertise and unique skills used to develop company objectives and standardsContribute to large scale planning such as economic research in support of management decision making for a business unitResearch key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecastingPerform work on significant and unique issues involving data and evaluation or highly complex situationsDevelop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planningLead team to meet the implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of businessEstablish effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standard and internal control standardsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

CA, ICWA or MBA as preferred qualification.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong PowerPoint skills, Microsoft word, OneNote skills.Intermediate to Advanced PowerBI and/or Alteryx skills.Strong attention to detail but able to understand the big picture.Excellent organization skills.Finance acumen with the ability to understand or explain complex financial concepts to team members outside of finance and align business processes to risk management programs.


Job Expectations:

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Have a proactive approach towards work deliverables.Problem solver, inquisitive and resourceful.Strong administrative and time management skills.Familiarity with Wells Fargo internal applications and risk platforms is helpful.Business System Support experience a plus
