ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
• Responsible for the design and execution of video elements for displays throughout the property
• Responsible for casino and marketing promotions technical support
• Responsible for audio and visual programming, implementation, and troubleshooting for the properties to include but not limited to video wall displays, property televisions, Castnet system, NWare system, Bright Sign software, and monitoring and adjusting sound levels and music programming at the property, including casino floors, VIP Lounge, and restaurants. Works in conjunction with outside vendors on the set up of all audio-visual systems for entertainment/concerts and venues and coordinates any maintenance needs with the Facilities department or outside vendor
• Set up and operate AV equipment for entertainment events and work with the band members to load, setup and remove equipment.
• Set up and operate portable audio systems throughout the casino as needed
• Manage inventory of AV equipment to include but not limited to projection bulbs to make sure the property displays are always operating at their peak
• Provides preventive maintenance on AV equipment
• Work in conjunction with AV vendors to collaborate with on-property equipment installations
• Act as “videographer” and photographer property events, promotions, and entertainment as needed
• Present oneself as a credit to company and encourages others to do the same.
• Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Performs other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of experience using audio/visual equipment required or appropriate technical education
• Must be proficient in Microsoft software
• A+ Computer course a plus
• Networking course a plus
• Video editing experience
• Working knowledge on audio recording
• Advance knowledge on mixdown FOH and monitors for live bands
• Working knowledge on show control systems including lighting boards
• Working knowledge on Christie projectors
• Must possess proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and programs as they become available
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
• Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations
• May be “on call” for potential AV issues
• Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Team member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
