About the role What you need to know: + Evaluating coverage, liability, investigating and assessing Legal Motor Property Damages and Bodily Injuries Claims + Utilizing settlement techniques that achieve cost effectiveness and timely closure reviewing and analyzing documentation, policy terms and conditions + Communicate proactively and negotiate effectively with Claimants, Lawyers to achieve out of Court settlements minimizing Legal Spend. + Settle and pay Legal Claims according to Court's ruling + Providing a high standard of customer service and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements + Providing timely service throughout the life of the Claim by meeting all service level agreements, initiating timely contact to all appropriate parties and responding to incoming inquires according to company policy and procedures + Determining and timely setting appropriate reserves within authority level + Issuing indemnity payments within authority level + Utilizing diary system to pro-actively resolve outstanding issues and to ensure timely processing and closure of Claim + Identifying subrogation opportunities, in house handling when possible + Identifying fraud and following the appropriate procedure to combat fraud + Effective dealing with complaints. What we’re looking for: + Previous working experience in an Insurance Company (Motor Claims) is required + Strong understanding of the legal framework governing motor accident Claims adjustment in Greece would be considered as a plus + PC literate (word, excel, PowerPoint) + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Good time management skills + English language fluency would be considered as an asset + Customer-centric mindset + Advanced negotiation and decision-making skills + High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability + Ability to meet deadlines and produce consistent results + Team spirit and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
