The opportunity
Our Assurance Service Line’s purpose is to inspire confidence and trust. We do so by protecting and serving the public interest, promoting transparency, and supporting investor confidence and economic growth. The EY audit team is focused on quality and is bound by a service approach that is connected, responsive, and insightful. The DID (Data & Intelligence Delivery) Team within the Assurance practice supports all assurance sub-service lines across Switzerland. • You will work in the sweet spot between business and technology, driving the transformation of auditing and accounting-related services.
• You will work with a variety of national and international companies and help us develop our dynamic practice through the development of trusted client relationships and high-performing teams.
• You will have the opportunity to work on internal transformation projects.
• You will benefit from intensive on-the-job training combined with supervision and counseling to support your professional development.
Your key responsibilities
• Lead digital audits and other assurance services for your clients.
• Manage the creation and delivery of key analytical solutions for Assurance teams.
• Support and coach other teams to leverage technology.

Skills and attributes for success
• A bachelor/master’s degree in Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or Economics
• 4-5 years of experience in auditing/accounting/digitalization/AI/controlling. External audit experience in a Big Four firm is an asset.
• You are committed to obtaining a certified public accountants diploma or another similar diploma (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.).
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate well, establish strong working relationships, maintain a positive outlook, and work under pressure.
Ideally, you’ll also have
