We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Audio Visual (A/V) Engineer, Senior. This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner SETAF-AF located in Vicenza, Italy. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Designs, implements, and maintains video conferencing infrastructure, video conference endpoint, applications configurations, and video collaboration applications
Develops, tests, and implements Audio/Visual (A/V) solutions, including systems, networks, equipment, and software
Possesses and applies knowledge of A/V system design, configuration, programming, installation, troubleshooting, testing, best practices, network topology, operating systems, and associated applications that pertain to the A/V environment
Supports activities to resolve incidents and problems, including workarounds to return A/V system availability and functionality
Supports accreditation for A/V systems and maintains systems in compliance with security requirements
Provides Biamp/ClearOne DSP programming and troubleshooting support
Supports development and maintenance of Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and SOPs for COP and CIP operations tailored to the MP environment
Ensures fidelity, accuracy, and timeliness of COP and CIP data
Assesses emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability and implementation into networks, systems, hardware, and software to improve efficiency, effectiveness, security posture, and resiliency
Provides engineering expertise for migration and transition of systems, including from on-premises solutions to cloud-based solutions
May attend and participate in meetings to discuss new technologies, technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
Mentors other A/V engineers and administrators
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain
BA/BS +8-12
Certification – 8140 - CEH or CFR or Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
Possesses extensive knowledge of A/V systems, video conferencing technologies, and network infrastructure, including specific A/V applications, network topology, and IT communication endpoints (e.g., VTC and mobile phones).
Demonstrates expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex A/V solutions, with proficiency in DSP programming and troubleshooting.
Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly resolve technical issues to maintain system availability.
Displays proficiency in security compliance, policy implementation, applicable Government policies and guidance, and best practices for A/V environments.
Shows experience with CONOPS and SOPs for COP and CIP operations in specialized environments.
Demonstrates capability in cloud migration projects, transitioning on-premises solutions to cloud-based systems.
Combines comprehensive technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders, providing leadership through mentoring and technical guidance across multiple assignments.
Possesses extensive knowledge of A/V systems, video conferencing infrastructure, and enterprise IT communication services, with expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex A/V equipment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
