Address and resolve technical issues quickly through proactive decision-making and clear internal/external communication.
**Coordination, Risk, and Scope Management**
Ensure adherence to contractual scope and flag any scope creep or deviations to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate across departments to manage deliverables, risk mitigation, resource planning, and design extrapolation from master coordination sets.
Support initial contract review and participate in scope alignment meetings during project mobilisation.
**QAQC, Continuous Improvement & Best Practices**
Implement and uphold robust QA/QC systems, including review cycles and RLR protocols.
Lead root-cause investigations and lessons learned initiatives to reduce rework and improve technical delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with BIM and document control teams to ensure models and submissions are formatted, coordinated, and compliant with BEP requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
10–15 years of experience in the detailed design and technical delivery of aquatic systems, MEP-heavy environments, or public realm infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams, including engineers, BIM/Revit technicians, and offshore production staff, with a focus on mentoring, quality assurance, and performance management.
Deep technical knowledge of water feature and pool systems, including hydraulics, filtration, water treatment, electrical controls, lighting integration, and special effects.
High proficiency with engineering and design tools such as Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, and hydraulic calculation software.
Strong understanding of international and regional codes.
Hands-on experience managing BIM models and IFC/Tender document production, including QA/QC workflows and BEP compliance.
Experience collaborating with architects, creative designers, and other technical disciplines to integrate engineered solutions into broader design narratives.
Exceptional coordination and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver on time and within scope in fast-paced multidisciplinary environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical content to clients, design teams, and contractors.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice implementation.
Professional licensure or certification (e.g., P.Eng, CEng, LEED AP) is preferred.
Previous experience in an international consultancy or multidisciplinary design firm is strongly preferred.
