Overall Purpose:
Participate in a post-collegiate development program designed to build your technical skills and business acumen through immersive training and hands-on experience. This program includes two or more assignments or rotations in diverse technical roles, preparing you for advanced technical positions across AT&T.

An entry-level professional with foundational knowledge, applying company policies to routine issues. Follows standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a STEM field (Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent) required. No prior related experience necessary.
