Overview Support all HR related functions and stakeholders from hiring to alumni in addition to IT enterprise applications and other groups in the IT department. This role is positioned to act as a bridge between the HR business functions and the IT function on key business initiatives. Responsibilities Provide Expert Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues submitted via ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution for HR power users. Champion User Adoption: Deliver engaging training sessions and clear communications to end-users, fostering increased system adoption and maximizing the value of HR technologies. Serve as a Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between HR business functions and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. Lead Collaborative Engagements: Facilitate regular meetings with regional and market HR leads to align on priorities, address concerns, and drive progress across initiatives. Manage Process Workstreams: Maintain and monitor detailed workplans, documentation, and deliverables across HR process workstreams to ensure timely execution. Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity: Support mass data uploads, conduct thorough data validation and testing, and drive initiatives to improve data quality across HRIS platforms. Perform In-Depth Data Analysis: Identify data gaps and inconsistencies across systems, and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and completeness. Reconcile Cross-System Data: Maintain data consistency between HR systems and downstream platforms such as payroll, emergency management, Active Directory, and performance systems. Contribute to Solution Design: Participate in the design and planning of system enhancements and HR technology solutions that align with business objectives. Drive Quality Assurance: Conduct end-to-end testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in collaboration with global project teams to ensure seamless implementations. Generate Actionable Insights: Create and deliver ad hoc reports to support business decision-making and performance tracking. Ensure Seamless Integrations: Oversee the compatibility and integrity of data flow across integrated systems, proactively identifying and resolving any issues. Qualifications 3 to 5 years’ experience on enterprise-wide global HR systems preferably SAP SuccessFactors. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday or other similar applications. PMI and/or IIBA or similar certification is a plus. Strong communication skills, training ability and organizational skills. Strong experience with HR operations and technology. Experience working in virtual team environments. Customer-centric, solution-oriented, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
