Your Role:
In this role, you will manufacture or evaluate products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others and perform operations in support of the group, department, and other St. Louis sites with highest need.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Train and support manufacturing operations across St. Louis sites, including acting as a technical consultant.Safely perform and execute multi-disciplined processes, assays, and unit operations, ensuring quality and maintaining cleanliness.Achieve production volume goals and meet deadlines while supporting essential lab functions.Communicate operational status, report deviations, and complete accurate batch records consistent with quality guidelines.Conduct quality investigations and write/modify production procedures.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including participation in quality audits.Perform and interpret analytical evaluations, accurately executing procedures and troubleshooting problems independently.Improve processes by applying scientific knowledge and adhering to change control procedures.
Physical Attributes:
Wear Personal Protective Equipment such as a respirator for the duration of the shift.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or other Life Science or Engineering discipline. 1+ years of Independent Lab Research or Industrial Lab experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Life Science or Engineering discipline. Experience with laboratory instruments, analytical techniques and equipment, scientific method, and safe chemical handling.Experience with computers and troubleshooting.Experience with quality management systems in a manufacturing setting.
