With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients. **Overview** Leverage working knowledge of bank reconciliations, month-end close tasks, Tax ID registrations, W-2C execution, and payroll journal entries to contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations within a dynamic finance team. **Responsibilities** + **Journal entries creation:** prepare and book accurate payroll journal entries, ensuring alignment with payroll cycles and compliance with financial and accounting standards. + **Payroll process:** reconcile payroll transactions and bank accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records and cash balances. + **Payroll Accounting:** analyze payroll data for its impact on the General Ledger (GL), Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet, providing insights that support financial accuracy and informed decision-making. + **Tax registrations:** manage and complete Tax ID registrations at the federal, state, and local levels to ensure compliance with employment and tax regulations. + **W-2C process:** coordinate and execute W-2C corrections, maintaining accurate tax reporting and employee records in accordance with IRS guidelines. + **Bank reconciliations execution:** perform bank reconciliations and assist with resolving variances in a timely and accurate manner. + **Accounting closing:** support the month-end close process, including accruals, account reconciliations, and preparation of schedules to ensure timely financial reporting. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. + At least 3 years of experience related to Accounting Payroll Tax environment. + Advanced English (oral and written skills). + Working knowledge of SAP HR and ADP EV5/6 is a plus. + Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, Oracle) is a strong advantage. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
