Senior Associate Omnichannel Customer Experience

Position Overview: Senior Associate Omnichannel Customer Experience will develop and implement omnichannel strategies, integrating personal and virtual touchpoints to enhance customer engagement. This role supports therapeutic areas or brands assigned by the Associate Director - OCE ICEE and participates in key phases of Customer Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Design OCE campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Medical, and PRA following Lilly OCE framework.

• Maximize the re-use of existing materials and localize regional best practices.

• Develop compliance guidelines on virtual channels in collaboration with Legal & Regulatory and ensure their application.

• Drive tactical plans to accomplish KPO and business objectives and define campaign/tactic success.

• Partner with CEE IDS on local implementation of new OCE capabilities.

• Set the measurement and tracking plan to maximize the effectiveness of the OCE mix.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in (digital) marketing roles in structured pharma companies or consultancy agencies.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, ability to influence without authority, good communicator, ability to work efficiently in virtual cross-functional teams, and good IT skills.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or another related graduate-level degree preferred.

• Additional Requirements: Good knowledge of digital communication, project management, and ability to adapt to a fast-changing dynamic environment.

• Language: English upper intermediate (B2) or more.

• Travel: Up to 10% expected travel.
