Your Role:

 

Manufacture or evaluate products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others and perform operations in support of the group, department, and other St. Louis sites with highest need.

 

Shift- Monday-Friday 12:30pm-11:00pm.Perform and support complex manufacturing operations across St. Louis sites, including training personnel and acting as a technical consultant.Ensure and maintain quality throughout all processes, including accurate record-keeping, batch records, and quality investigations.Execute multi-disciplined processes, assays, and unit operations requiring a high level of skill and knowledge.Troubleshoot and identify opportunities for process improvement, applying scientific knowledge and experience.Maintain equipment and work areas, contributing to overall lab support functions.Communicate operational status and deviations to supervisors and collaborate with other departments.Independently perform and interpret analytical evaluations, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality guidelines.

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

 Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, Math or other Life Science discipline. 1+ years experience laboratory instruments and production equipment.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.Computer skills and troubleshooting experience.Knowledge in chemistry or biochemistry, math and general science. Familiar with laboratory instruments and production equipment.Knowledge of analytical techniques and analytical equipment, safe chemical handling, and scientific method.Knowledge of Process techniques and unit operations.May require shift work.Familiar with quality management systems and how they apply to manufacturing.
