YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of specific accounting transactions according to standard process documentationIdentify potential issues on assigned specific sub process, support Process Expert and ensure follow through on issues/incidents.Contribute to continuous process improvement and documentation to the assigned specific sub processComply with accounting standards, policies and proceduresCoordination with the Legal Entity and/or External customers/vendors according to a structured processSupport Process Expert on monitoring and influencing KPI by preparing and maintaining reports as per scope and/or as requestedGive guidance and training for the assigned sub processBuild solid knowledge on the sub-processAct as backup control performer (team member and Process Expert) when necessary
  

WHO YOU ARE

Certified Public Accountant (preferably), or with Bachelor’s Degree in any Business related courses with 1-2 years of experience Shared Service and SAP experience is an advantageStrong English communication skills, both written and spokenIntermediate knowledge on Microsoft OfficeHighly customer orientedDemonstrates teamwork spiritAbility to work under pressureAnalytical, proactive and persistent with follow-upStrong interpersonal, issues handling, decision-making and organizational skills  YOUR APPLICATION
