We are inviting applications for the role of SA, Inside Sales – Customer Support
In this role, you will be responsible for Customer support on Email, Phone Chat with Inside Sales Team on fulfilment of requests based on Customer e Commerce Platform.
Responsibilities
Manage login credentials (Username/Password)
Create Accounts
Order Management
Missing Revision/Revision Checklist
Order/Quote Entry – Database, Electronic charting and paper services
Account management
Update Tail information
Address Changes
System ID update
Contact information update
Manage subscriptions/services
Software Conversions
Reinstating services
Setting up STR (Invoice preference options)
Cancelling services
Send renewal emails
Sort and follow up on returned mail for revisions and invoices
Liaison support for finance
Channels Supported: Email/Chat
System Experience desired:
SAP Hybris
Oracle ERP
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
Curiosity is a must. Questioning the controls and evaluating the efficacy of its effectiveness is key to bring in best outcome for the project
Experience in Supply chain domain
Preferred qualifications
Helpdesk/ Customer Support / Contact Center Experts
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Advanced MS-Office Skills
