This includes coordinating with the Controllership team related to revenue recognition and month end close processes. Flexibility with working across multiple functions including finance, client teams, and office management; they will assist with preparation of forecast and budget, in addition to analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance. A successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple/concurrent projects, adapt to changing business requirements in a fast pace work environment, a comfort level in interacting with all levels of the organization including senior management, an inquisitive and curious nature, and a commitment to delivering financial solutions that balance business needs with regional and corporate obligations. **Key Areas of Responsibilities** + Assist FP&A Market Lead with the Groupe Reporting requirement of Commit, Reforecast, CPR. + Work with the Client finance team to ensure that revenue variances are reported accuratly and that forecast submissions align with latest Client Finance data. + Groupe CPR reporting in HFM taking the client margin from Herald and mapping into HFM for Groupe reporting. + Reviewing & scrutinizing actual client margins, investigating any variances vs forecast with Client Finance. + Support Regional Finance Lead to co-ordinate all information gathering including KPI and other metrics + Ensures business is running smoothly and efficiently in terms of financial processes and operations + Creates and delivers management reports on key initiatives, metrics, opportunities and risks. + Ensure accurate and timely submission of all reports in compliance with Group’s deadline. + Ad hoc analysis, projects, and other duties as assigned + Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial analysis (Budget, Forecast and Actuals) + Partner with the regional and local Controllership teams in monthly and quarterly closes to understand and be able to explain all significant variances to budget/forecast + Collaborate with the controllership team to ensure that the forecast is updated with current actual costs and appropriate forecast expenditure. + Tracking weekly revenue guidance, detailing variances to previous week & forecast, for UK CFO. **Qualifications & Experience** + 3+ years of experience within FP&A or Financial/Management Reporting + Part Qualified/Qualified Chartered Accountant + Agency / consulting experience preferred + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint. + Knowledge of Hyperion and/SAP + Committed, detail oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills + Communication skills to clearly and accurately convey metrics and analysis to management levels. + Ability to manage multiple projects / initiatives on tight schedules and timelines + Attention to detail and strong analytical, solution-oriented thinking + Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment **Additional information** + An inclusive workplace that promotes diversity and collaboration. + Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities. + Competitive compensation and benefits package. + Flexibility to support work-life balance. + Comprehensive health benefits for you and your family. + Generous paid leave and holidays. + Wellness program and employee assistance.
