**Overview**
**Key Responsibility statement:**
+ Be part of the International Controllership team that covers all countries outside the Americas and India.
+ Finalize financial information on monthly basis as per Groupe policies.
+ Prepare monthly operating reports with accuracy, completeness, and commentary on variances (Period, Year-to-Year, Year-since-Year-End).
+ Control accounting processes and operations performed by other teams (including SSC teams like Client & Intercompany Billing, A/R, A/P, Payroll, Treasury).
+ Support Finance teams in international markets in understanding large, complex accounting processes.
+ Partner with SSC in the preparation of all aspects of regulatory reporting, including all taxation reporting (direct, indirect, payroll-related).
+ Support all internal and external audit processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
+ Ensure compliance with all Groupe Policies and financial controls, identify internal control weaknesses, and offer solutions.
+ Assist in additional reporting, continuous process improvement, or projects as appropriate.
+ Ensure risk identification, escalation, investigation, and mitigation.
+ Demonstrate commitment to and comply with all legislation and Publicis Sapient Policies relevant to the role.
+ Actively develop and maintain meaningful working relationships across the business environment.
**Qualifications**
**Your Skills & Experience:**
+ Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
+ 4+ years of experience.
+ Strong educational achievement at school or higher educational institute level.
**Set Yourself Apart With:**
**Knowledge:**
+ Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
+ Experience using ERP and other accounting systems and reporting packages.
+ Experience with SAP and HFM.
+ Experience in data analysis and reporting compilation.
**Skills (Including Technology):**
+ Advanced use of MS Excel.
+ Experience with large volume management data systems (e.g., Power BI).
+ Strong financial data review and error identification skills.
+ Prioritization and effective time management.
+ Fluent communication skills in English (written and conversational).
