The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
In this position you should have the following: excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
How you’ll create opportunities in the Senior Associate role:
Assist Federal Tax Strategies (FTS) leaders with the delivery of specialized tax projects, including research and development (R&D) tax credit studies and accounting method changes.Work across several different industries, including Manufacturing, Technology, and Life Sciences.Assist managers, directors, and principals with client consultations, technical interviews, calculation review, and report development.Mentor associates and other team members on their inspired career.Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.
What you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field requiredMinimum of 2 years’ experience requiredExperience in business services or consulting preferredEligible to sit for the CPA preferredThe wage range for this position is: $72,000 – $109,223
Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
