Job Description & Summary

A career within Economics and Policy services, will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside clients to develop sophisticated and compelling economic analysis to inform strategic choices and guide their development of policy. We focus on our helping clients make better decisions by providing business insights grounded in evidence by combining financial and economic assessments, cost benefit analysis, policy reviews, and programme evaluations.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Initiate and participate in  open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trustDeal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situationsParticipate in open and candid coaching conversationsAssists in managing stakeholder needs and discuss potential solutionsContribute technical knowledge in area of specialismContribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apartUphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

A bachelor’s degree in applied finance, macro-economics mathematics, engineering, geography or other STEM-related fieldSharp analytical and strategic thinking skillsBusiness acumenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills A drive for professional and personal development
