Business: Markets Sec Services IT

Principal responsibilities

Implement support MSS Group IT controls

Direct support system service owners on the IT controls implementation and maintenance

Track adherence to the IT control framework

Track control targets and support teams remediate any noncompliance to targets

Chair monthly risk forum and produce relevant material for Fund Administration Transfer Agency IT risk committee

Support internal audits across Fund Administration Transfer Agency IT systems

Support ISAE3402 audit across Fund Administration Transfer Agency systems

Provide oversight and support of SaaS service risks.

Monitor internal 3rd parties risk management system Archer to ensure all actions/tasks are progressed within SLA’s

Provide input regarding Fund Administration and Transfer Agency risks to central Risk Control teams

Attend central monthly Risk Control forums

Develop provide training to system service owners on any new controls introduced via MSS or Group

Monitor Track remediation for all audit issues raised against Fund Administration Transfer Agency systems
