We are looking for a dynamic Lead Decisioning Engineer to take charge of building a robust Marketing Decisioning Platform from the ground up. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in developing and scaling real-time decisioning engines, managing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering scalable and resilient enterprise-scale projects, with an emphasis on innovative problem-solving.

Architect and develop a scalable Marketing Decisioning Platform that supports enterprise-level marketing strategies and operations.
Lead the design and implementation of real-time decisioning engines that can handle high transaction volumes while ensuring low latency and high availability.Oversee SRE practices to streamline deployment, monitoring, and scaling of the decisioning platform, ensuring operational excellence and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and marketing, to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor and lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Explore and integrate Agentic AI technologies and methodologies to enhance decision-making capabilities within the platform.
