Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Homepage & App Content Management
Manage the content displayed on the homepage and mobile application, including banners, CTAs, recommendations, and seasonal promotions.
Schedule and coordinate updates aligned with campaign calendars, marketing activities, and business objectives.
UX/UI Optimization
Collaborate with product designers, developers, and marketing to improve the UI/UX of the homepage and app.
Use data and user feedback to optimize layouts and content flow for better engagement.
Performance Analysis & A/B Testing
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, bounce rate, conversion, and session duration.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize content placement, design, and user journey effectiveness.
Campaign Integration
Align homepage and app content with promotional campaigns, deals, and partner initiatives.
Work closely with campaign and category teams to ensure visibility of high-priority products/services
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with campaign, product, marketing, tech, data analytics, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive digital strategy.
Act as the point of contact for homepage related initiatives.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant working experience and at least 1 year in leading organizations or cross-functional matrix team setup. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus
Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Information Management from top local or overseas universities
Top tier management consulting and high-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics would be a plus
Solid critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong in numbers and analytics leveraging big data and customer centric approach
Growth mindset - mature and self-driven person, embrace challenges, and has entrepreneurial spirits
Excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done
Experienced in working as an individual contributor / hands-on marketer; able to develop short-mid-long term business plans
Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities
Comfortable working in flexible working hours conditions and occasional business travel
Passionate about customers and deliver great communication to customers
Passionate in developing high performing team
