McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Supply Chain Management Team in Richmond, VA. The Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst will assist with analytics, tool development and reporting, and identify opportunities within the business to gain efficiencies. This position would also be responsible for providing ad-hoc data analysis to answer questions and solve business problems.  

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Operations Teams and the Supply Chain Management Team to support strategic and long-term projectsMaintain and deliver established reporting and toolsCreate new standard and ad hoc reportingProvide analytical support interpreting data and trendsMaintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of source data and delivered reportsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and end user documentationPrepare written analysis and summarize results using graphical representations and professional formatting

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills:

2+ years' experience as a Reporting Analyst, Report Writer/Analyst and/or Data Analyst1+ years' experience in distribution, healthcare or other related industry1+ years' experience with SQL, data extraction methodologies, relational and dimensional databases methodsAdvanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel- Pivots, VLOOKUP’s, Sum/Ifs)

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailsExperience with data visualization technologies like Tableau and Power BIExperience with Python and Smartsheets a plusStrong technical and analytical skillsStrong report presentation skills

$69,900 - $116,500
