Join our team as a client-facing Payroll Associate and play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll and various related services to our employees across the Asia Pacific Region. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, compliance and timely delivery, while leveraging tools like Excel and other applications to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. In collaboration with other team members, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, while learning new technologies and innovative practices.

Additionally, you will analyse payroll data to generate insights for decision-making and reporting, ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, and resolve employee payroll queries promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field Advanced proficiency in Excel or other user-developer applications, with a strong aptitude for leveraging technology to solve problems and streamline processes A learning mindset with enthusiasm for developing skills in process automation, data analysis and emerging technologies Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable results Strong analytical skills with a passion for evaluating processes and identifying opportunities for improvement Proactive, collaborative and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and foster effective collaboration across diverse teams.
