The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality legal services to a broad range of clients, spearhead Business Development initiatives for the Corporate and Commercial practice, and play a pivotal role in knowledge transfer and skills development for junior team members.

Tax: Offshore and onshore Advising on company structures Contract drafting Due diligence Franchise agreements Explorations agreements International agreements Lease agreements Securities Service level agreements Shareholder agreements Competition Law Capital Markets Corporate Law Banking & Finance Partnerships & Joint Ventures Sales & Purchase Agreements Energy & Minerals Consumer Law Corporate & Acquisitions Licensing Privatisation Construction

Qualifications

LLB Degree Tax qualification would be highly advantageous. Admission as an Attorney in South Africa Legal Practice Council member in Good Standing 3 years postadmission experience at a large, well-established law firm, or in the inhouse legal department of a large corporate group of companies Experience in corporate and commercial law is essential, and particularly in drafting and reviewing contracts. Ability to conduct extensive research and have a detail-oriented approach.
