At PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. They analyze client needs, develop people and organization strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.At PwC you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organization and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organization, applying a breadth of understanding of organizational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organizational design to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of client engagements.
Work closely with your PwC team to support C-Suite executives on very strategic organizational design engagements.
Help manage your client engagement economics and delivery excellence.
Be actively involved in a wide range of business development activities to help identify opportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads.
Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our network.
Keep up to date your areas of expertise and the industries you serve, contributing to thought leadership.
Build relationships with talented professionals in the PwC national and global network.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Experience working with clients in the public sector, energy, banking, and insurance.
Ability to obtain clearance to work with government clients (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
A blend of technical fluency and strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on core consulting capabilities.
Familiarity with working alongside PwC’s alliance partners is preferred.
Proven experience leading or supporting transformational change initiatives, including behavior change and organizational strategy shifts.
Experience, and successful delivery of one or several of the following areas: Organizational assessments, development and/or implementation of operating models; organizational design (functions, structures, roles, accountabilities).
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in consulting work.
ProSci certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience with complex strategic organizational change projects is highly valued.
Self-motivated with a passion for client service excellence and teamwork.
Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal), be a strong story-teller.
Interest in management & organizational trends, upskilling for a digital world and technology trends.
