Senior Associate, Technical Account Management (Reinsurance) We're hiring! We are looking for a Senior Associate, Technical Account Management to join our Reinsurance team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office. What the day will look like + Assist Treaty Brokers on various allocated accounts from treaty renewal to day-to-day service with the aim to create client value through delivering Aon Client Promise. This includes but not limited to attending to clients’ queries and request, involving in provision of professional advice to clients and sharing clients and/or market updates with brokers. + Pre & Post treaty renewal preparation including analysis of treaty data & underwriting information; technical analysis of statistics and other underwriting information in supporting the negotiation and placement of treaty business by the treaty broking team. + Assist Treaty Brokers in preparation of renewal / tender presentation slides and treaty renewal information pack. + Production of contractual documentation – Cover Notes, Treaty Slips and Wordings and Endorsement/Addendum + Day-to-day service delivery including handling of Special Acceptance. + Managing all treaty documentation and administrative tasks in accordance to stipulated timeline and best practice. This includes but not limited to Broking Placement system (formerly ABCP/ GSM), EDE, Broker Finalize (BFE), TPARF, update of Program Schedule and Treaty Terms and Wordings Benchmarking data base. + Ensure the optimum use of Aon’s business systems in line with current Aon business practices. + Build knowledge on Aon suite of services. + Create depth in knowledge on technical insurance / reinsurance and continue developing market knowledge. + Assist in organising and coordinate market events to promote the brand name of Aon Reinsurance Malaysia Limited + Work on assigned projects and initiatives. + Any other ad-hoc job and activities allocated by the Departmental Head and/or local CEO from time to time.
