**Overview**
The Senior Associate, Talent Practices plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Talent team. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Practices, the Senior Associate is responsible for liaising with the data entry team, reviewing system data and reports for accuracy, and supporting the growth and needs of our employees. This individual should have flawless attention to detail, be highly organized and able to prioritize conflicting tasks, be comfortable with presenting, and have the maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information.
**Responsibilities**
+ Serves as the primary resource for general employee questions and concerns regarding Company benefits, policies, and procedures
+ Functions as primary contact and escalation point for payroll and benefit questions
+ Liaises with our internal data team (The People Center) to process employee data - new hires, compensation changes, terminations, leaves, etc.
+ Assists with new hire set up and onboarding. Works in concert with Finance, IT, and Facilities to ensure effective onboarding for all new team members across US office locations.
+ Maintains employee files
+ Sorts, formats, and analyzes bi-monthly employee reports and manages ad hoc reporting as needed
+ Conducts audits for data integrity and accuracy, and identifies and resolves issues as necessary
+ Supports service award program by managing communications to anniversary recipients and placing gift orders
+ Maintains and enhances employee facing portal, as well as Talent team Box files
+ Assists Manager, Talent in annual CSR data collection and submission
+ Supports the Talent team with reporting from the performance review system as well as online training reporting
+ Participates in community/culture committee, helping with or leading the planning of in office events
+ Pro-actively identifies areas for process improvement
+ Takes on projects as necessary relating to achievement of Talent and business objectives
**Qualifications**
+ 2-4 years in a Human Resources role
+ Ability to organize and prioritize work and deliver with a sense of urgency
+ Excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
+ Ability to effectively handle many different personality types and communications styles, tailoring approach as needed to build relationships and trust
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize, organize, and distribute data
+ Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
+ Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
+ Working knowledge of payroll and benefit practices
+ Some knowledge of HRIS systems preferred

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $94,600 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
