The opportunity

 

Join our Talent Acquisition and Attraction team, where you will play a pivotal role in building strategic relationships with leaders and teams across our complex business.

 

This role offers a dynamic environment filled with diverse experiences, enabling you to advance rapidly along your chosen career path while making a meaningful impact on our talent acquisition efforts.

 

Your key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for at least one Service Line, ensuring effective and timely recruitment. Execute talent acquisition strategies using various sourcing techniques, acting as a subject matter expert and guide to Service Line leaders. Develop strategic sourcing solutions to attract and acquire high-quality candidates. Manage client relationships with various stakeholders to understand their business goals and anticipate their talent needs. Perform the full life-cycle recruitment process when required, ensuring adherence to global operating procedures and best practice principles. Take the initiative to engage qualified candidates for current or future opportunities. Ensure a strong, positive experience for both stakeholders and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. Relationship management and networking are critical components for success in this role. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs. Provide timely reports and analytics to the leadership team, flagging risks and delays in advance.

 

To qualify for the role you must have

3 to 7 years of recruitment experience. An energetic, passionate, resilient, and curious mindset with a "can-do" attitude. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Strong time management abilities. Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders. Experience in developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
