The Pfizer Digital Revenue Management (RM) team manages the technology and solutions delivery for the US Market Access Operations Business within the Global Value and Access organization. This digital team plays a critical role in ensuring patients have access to breakthrough medicines through efficient channels at affordable pricing.
The Senior Associate will work on a solutions delivery development team located in Greece supporting Revenue Management and Market Access of US market as a contributor on multiple projects based on client demands. The candidate will be involved with the business areas including Contract Strategy and Operations, Customer Service and Trade Operations.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESWork as developer for developing and delivering reports that inform business decision making leveraging mainly Business Object technology.
Work as developer for developing and delivering system and interfaces enhancements according to business requirements in SQL, UNIX, Informatica.
Conduct requirements analysis, documentation and business analysis.
Responsible for coordinating the deployment process with various Pfizer Digital teams.
Must be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of tasks simultaneously such as organize presentations for upper management, perform system testing, and organize meetings.
Organize project deliverables for the Digital RM team.
Work with peers to manage project delivery through the system development lifecycle (SDLC) and through Agile Delivery.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree required, preferably in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in a large corporate setting with an emphasis on solutions and application development.
Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment.
Development skills in at least one of the following: Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica, Business Objects, Tableau, AWS, Unix Scripting.
Willingness to take risks without fear of making mistakes.
Understanding of solutions delivery and delivery methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
Strong organization and critical thinking skills.
Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSM.Sc. in Computer Science related field
Technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
Competency in understanding organizational behaviors in a large corporate environment.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle management including requirements definition, design, testing and implementation.
Experience with external Contract Management vendor solutions such as the ModelN FLEX application.
Knowledge of database, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics and services technologies.
Experience building relationships with both business partners and Digital technical teams.
Prior knowledge or interest in creating AI Chatbots, as part of technology modernization
