Senior Associate, Service Desk Support

Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

Provide first-line support for Sage Intacct, BILL, Blackline, NetSuite, and other FaaS accounting business applications, resolving user issues in a timely manner.Provide first- line support for Allvue, Yardi and other Fund Service Plus applicationsDiagnose and troubleshoot technical problems relating to accounting software, working closely with end-users to identify and resolve issues.Escalate complex issues to second-line support or software vendors as necessary, ensuring timely resolution.Develop and maintain knowledge articles for support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides using Service Now’s knowledge management systemConduct training sessions and create training materials to help end-users and service desk team members effectively utilize FaaS accounting applications.Monitor application performance and work proactively to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact end-users.Stay current with new features and updates for (FaaS) and (FSPlus) applications making recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.Monitor trends from reported client cases to isolate potential chronic issues to identify software corruption and/or opportunities to enhance end user training  Participate in ad-hoc projects as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support services.Maintain client security levels and confidentiality of information. 

Qualifications:  

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.Experience working on a Service Desk and managing the full life cycle of support ticketsProven experience in a technical support role, preferably supporting accounting or financial applications.Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.Prior Administrative experience with Blackline, NetSuite, Allvue or some other CRMCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and professionalism.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:  

3+ years prior experience with other FaaS and FSPlus applications, including Oracle NetSuite, BlackLine, Tallie, QuickBooks Online, BILL Spend and Expense (formerly Divvy), Alteryx, Allvue, Yardi and DataBlend.  Certifications for any of the above applicationsExperience with advanced module configuration Blackline or any other CRM’sExperience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
