Overview: We are seeking a Senior Associate, Revenue Operations under the Global Sales Operations department. This role will require someone who can partner with various stakeholders to represent Sales and collaborate effectively on cross-functional projects. As a Senior Associate in Revenue Operations, you will both support Sales on inbound requests & resolution of contract errors, and focus on managing the rhythm of the business, including Sales communication, meetings, & incentives. If you thrive on digging into all the details of a problem & solving them, creating process documentation, and checking tasks off your to-do lists, this role is for you! In This Role, You Will: Become an expert on all EC and HC Sales processes to support inbound questions from the Sales team via Slack (#spot-help) and email (JIRA). Own and manage multiple Sales team meetings, such as quarterly award ceremonies and various monthly team meetings, including sourcing content, creating decks, scheduling meetings, and preparing speakers appropriately. Assist in the preparation & execution of larger company events, including SKO & CCUS. Create and send out various forms of Sales team communication, including quarterly newsletters, weekly newsletters for different departments, & ad hoc communication as needed. Manage and track the use of the annual Sales Incentive & Engagement budget by department, ensuring appropriate approvals are received & tickets are submitted, and collaborate with Finance for any approvals needed for Sales spend. Plan & manage Sales incentive outings and ad hoc events. Manage HQ Sales seating & email distribution lists. Here's What You Need: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-driven or operational role – not exclusive to Sales Self-motivated and strong drive to learn how to resolve errors, issues and process gaps. Experience in Salesforce, Slack & MS Excel; proficient in other Microsoft Office suite of products Effective communication (i.e., written, verbal and presentation) Ability to plan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events using Cvent Ability to navigate the organization and establish relationships with key contacts to solve problems and formulate processes. Comfortable working with and presenting to senior leadership, including building consensus, navigating conflicts and challenging the status quo. Good project management skills to drive project execution and manage stakeholder expectations. Exceptional time management skills and an ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and respond to rep queries while meeting deadlines. Ability to think through steps & possible downstream impacts of a project and adjust details accordingly. Strong critical thinking skills, with the capability of applying logic and reason to solve problems, while effectively following instructions. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment. Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
