Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate you will take risks and adopt change to solve problems. You will be a team player and have innovative ideas in our Restructuring business.

High-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters; Assisting with day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures; Compiling and analyzing books and records, conducting an inventory of assets and dealing with claims of creditorsPerforming cash-flow forecast, financial analysis and financial investigationsDrafting sections of detailed, complex reports and documents for Courts, creditors and stakeholders; andMonitoring progress and ensuring completion of client work to statutory and client deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;CA and/or CPA qualification preferredA minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in restructuring/ forensic accounting/ insolvency advisory field;Driven, displays leadership skills, influences others as well as collaborative problem solver;Risk tolerant and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment Good business sense and a proactive, can-do attitude;Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems; Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; andExcellent communication skills (written and spoken)
