Role Overview:
The Program Manager is a critical member of the Practice Development team, responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, and operational delivery of high-impact programs. This role will primarily focus on the Orphan Distribution Program while also contributing to other strategic initiatives that support agent development, client engagement, and field effectiveness.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage the Orphan Distribution Program, including agent eligibility tracking, distribution cycles, performance monitoring, and comprehensive reporting.
Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic programs that drive agent development, client engagement, and field effectiveness.
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams—including Field Development, Compliance, Marketing, Technology, and the Practice Management Team—to ensure alignment and effective delivery across 1P–6P agent personas.
Track, analyze, and report on key program metrics and OKRs, such as appointment rates, call attempts, and ROI, to evaluate program impact and guide data-informed enhancements.
Collaborate on the development of resources including internal communications, agent-facing materials, and training content that support field adoption and sustained engagement. Present program initiatives, updates, and outcomes to field leadership and agent audiences through webinars, meetings, and other forums to ensure clear communication, transparency, and engagement across the field system.
Maintain thorough program documentation, including timelines, checklists, updates, and summary reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Identify and implement operational efficiencies, streamlining workflows and enhancing execution to support program scalability and sustainability.
Leverage emerging tools and technologies, including GenAI, ClientMine, and third-party platforms, to improve the agent and client experience within the program framework.
Serve as a liaison to General Offices, providing program updates, addressing inquiries, and supporting localized implementation and feedback processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation efforts, identifying new approaches to enhance the reach, efficiency, and effectiveness of Practice Development initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business, communications, project management, or a related field, with a deep understanding of the agency distribution model and strong project management skills. Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting and insight development project coordination, field support, or program operations (experience in financial services or field development is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel, Word, and Vizio plus project management tools. Mastery of Excel functions, formulas, and features, including but not limited to VLOOKUP, PivotTables, PivotCharts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and advanced charting techniques. Data sourcing from Tableau and Sales Force. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $84,000 - $125,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
