**About the role**
As a Senior Associate in Procurement, you will play a key role in ensuring timely material coverage aligned with CMX objectives. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our production lines by managing purchasing activities through MRP, JIT, and Kanban methodologies. You will help maintain optimal inventory levels and support the execution of purchase orders in response to demand changes, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Associate, Procurement, you’ll be responsible for:
+ Planning and executing material purchases based on demand and procurement methods (MRP, JIT, Kanban)
+ Developing strategies and procedures for issuing and tracking purchase orders (POs)
+ Ensuring material availability to support uninterrupted production line operations
+ Controlling and optimizing inventory levels, including managing excess and obsolete stock due to ECNs
+ Collaborating with planning, engineering, and production teams to align requirements and delivery schedules

**As a minimum you must have:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or materials planning in manufacturing environments
+ Advanced knowledge of MRP systems and methodologies such as JIT and Kanban
+ Proficiency in SAP
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
+ advanced English proficiency
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams
