About the Team

DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to help grow DashPass, DoorDash’s subscription business. We are seeking someone to join our team who can generate insights, conceptualize & test new products, and implement experiences that will reach millions of people around the world. DashPass is one of DoorDash’s fastest growing & largest products, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate on the DashPass S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key strategic initiatives to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth. The role will focus specifically on optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving strategic growth actions, and developing our go-to-market strategy for key occasions & seasonal moments.

You will report into the Senior Manager on our DashPass Growth team.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Strategize - Develop sound acquisition strategies using customer-first thinking. You'll identify emerging trends, determine when to scale, and know when it is time to pivot. Take inspiration from real-life use cases to reflect our consumers’ needs and wants. Experiment - Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across everything from promotional campaigns to net new in-app creative assets, optimizing for what resonates with our consumers.  Analyze - Assess the operational and financial impacts of your initiatives, using insights to iterate. You’ll be expected to self-serve the data required, empowering you to dive deep into performance metrics and continuously identify new opportunities to enhance the consumer experience. Collaborate - Partner with a variety of teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to execute on plans. Launching in-app merchandising for campaigns backed by media and CRM. We’re excited about you because… You’re a strategic thinker and are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions. You have experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel. You’re able to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively. You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience with projects spanning multiple teams and can align on mutual goals. You have a strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and the tenacity to solve many disparate problems for multiple stakeholders at once.  You have 2-4 years experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience.  You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


We expect this position to be filled by 9/7/2025.
