Senior Associate, Investment Operations

This newly formed team, working in close conjunction with front office teams in Philadelphia, will provide local middle office coverage for our Leveraged Credit investment team and partial, remote coverage for our London Fixed Income investment team. Working in a team of four operations professionals, you will be responsible for the daily valuation of securities, performing the static creation, maintenance & data quality controls and performing valuation validation control in adherence to Macquarie Asset Management’s Pricing Policy. Salary range for this position: $63,000 - 82,500 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. You will be involved in reconciliations, responsible for production of daily cash, stock and other reconciliations, reporting and cash publication and will pick up the support of key business functions across CLOs, bank loans, high yield FI securities as well as supporting businesses trading swaps and derivatives. Your team will work closely with existing teams in India and Australia to provide follow the sun coverage. You will also be involved with designing new processes, business activities and projects as they arise in region.Salary range for this position: $63,000 - 82,500 per year. We would expect you to have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar middle-office or operational roles within the banking and financial services industry, with asset management experience viewed favorably. Product specialism in fixed income assets classes is strongly preferred and CLOs/bank loans ideal. Ability to demonstrate a proven track-record of taking a pragmatic, commercial approach whilst achieving desired outcomes, building relationships across all levels of a business and an ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. You are enthusiastic, calm, and resilient under pressure and have an ability to resolve issues and identify process improvements.
