Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; HR Certification preferred (SHRM-CP or equivalent)3+ years in an HR role, preferably in professional services/consulting.HR Generalist and/or demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and HCM system administration and reporting.Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Huron is an MS Teams-centric organization), with advanced Excel and Power Point skills. Supports key HRBP processes to ensure effective integration and retention of employees, including performance management, acquisitions, and workforce adjustments.Supports the full-lifecycle performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and overall HR process support, as needed.Manages reporting requests; run reports, analyze/synthesize data insights to ensure timeliness and accuracy (e.g., turnover, engagement, onboarding) to provide recommendations to HR and business leadership.Serves as the day-to-day HR point of contact for multiple practices, addressing employee questions, and referring to specialists as needed.In collaboration with HR Business Partners, advises and supports individuals on a broad spectrum of HR matters, including but not limited to employee relations, new hire onboarding, company policies and procedures.Consults with HR COE’s and Huron’s General Counsel on employment matters, relocations, work visas, benefits, and more.Develops and executes project plans, identifies process improvements, and actively participates in organization-wide transformation efforts.#LI-EA1

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $115,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $97,750 - $132,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
