We are hiring a Senior Associate, HR Business Partner that will be responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategy for designated business units. This role is responsible for acting as an advisor to leaders and employees, will be an advocate for employees and will be responsible for supporting an assigned business unit. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The Sr. Associate HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

Job Description

Responsibilities
•    Partner with the business in all people matters and gain a deep understanding of the business.
•    Consult with senior leaders to drive change, improve organizational effectiveness, identify areas of development and implement people strategies.
•    Partner with leaders on the performance management process to identify trends; initiate and drive plans to resolve complex issues in the areas of training, compensation, staffing, and employee relations to ensure fairness and legal compliance.
•    Serve as HR generalist support to the Human Resources team including collaborating with the HR Strategy Leader on driving functional implementation, analyzing internal operations, identifying areas for continuous improvement, and collaborating with key stakeholders to successfully deliver improvements.
•    Leverage HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends, forecast talent needs, and inform strategic decision-making across business units 
•    Partner with business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights that support organizational goals and improve employee outcomes 
•    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, DEI, and productivity 
•    Apply analytics to streamline HR operations, improve data quality, and reduce manual processes through automation and system enhancements 
•    People Development – help leaders identify gaps in skills for team members, and work with leaders to create a plan to address.
•    Partner with the Learning and Talent Development team to ensure programs at the business unit and Enterprise levels are addressing business needs.
•    Serve as a change management agent/champion.
Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree with a 4+ years of HR experience, prior experience in within the consulting industry preferred
•    Consultative approach when partnering with the leadership team & ability to build rapport and trusting relationships across all levels of the organization
•    Analytical reasoning and solution-focused problem solver with the ability to think critically and independently
•    Self-motivated and disciplined with analytical skills; capability to work independently as well as in team
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•    Workday experience is a plus
•    Preferred time zone:  Eastern or Central

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $115,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $97,750 - $132,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
