At Huron, Senior Associates lead with expertise and collaboration to create sustainable solutions that drive meaningful results. You will leverage your communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, utilize critical thinking to analyze data and make informed recommendations. Additionally, you will deliver high-quality client service, engage in continuous learning, and develop a strategic mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Enable business development and support operations by assessing inherent risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
+ Implement, maintain, and improve travel security tools and support (e.g., pre-trip advisories, security briefings, secure transport, in-country security, and medical assistance, including evacuation).
+ Assess emerging threats and collaborate with leaders to embed proportionate countermeasures within the security and safety framework. Expand the current baseline of protective intelligence capabilities to monitor potential threats to the firm effectively.
+ Assist in conducting complex investigations involving unethical behavior, policy violations, expense abuse, fraud, threats, unauthorized access, or the transfer of non-public data
+ Maintain policies and procedures to protect the firm and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
+ Activate crisis management and business continuity strategies into operations to guide the firm’s response to critical incidents that could adversely affect profitability, reputation, or ability to operate
+ Support the development of a risk-based physical security strategy for U.S. and international offices and internal and external events
+ Support the onboarding of vendors through the assessment of third-party risk and proportionate reputational due diligence
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
+ Experience in professional services or the management consulting industry strongly preferred
+ Proven experience in global security management
+ Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in global security management
+ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Advanced degree in security management, law enforcement or related field.
+ Familiarity with global security tools preferred.
+ Experience with international security operations.
+ Familiarity with crisis management and business continuity planning.
+ CST or EST time zone preferred

The estimated base salary range for this job is $90,000-$120,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $103,500-$138,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
