**Overview**
As a Senior Associate, Paid Social, you will support the activation and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms. You’ve already grasped the fundamentals of paid social and are now ready to dive deeper — taking ownership of executional workstreams, tracking performance, and collaborating with media partners. You’ll also begin to flex your critical thinking and get exposure to client-facing work and cross-functional opportunities within the Groupe.
**Responsibilities**
**Social Campaign Management**
+ Forecast in-platform and build media plans based on campaign objectives, benchmarks and historical performance in a timely manner.
+ Build, launch, and run paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn & Pinterest. Meta, TikTok & Snapchat preferred.
+ Monitor campaign pacing and performance; identify optimization opportunities and flag delivery issues.
+ Set up tracking (pixels, UTM parameters, etc.) and QA assets and campaign builds to ensure flawless execution.
+ Maintain platform proficiency — stay up to date on features, betas, and best practices through self-guided learning and partner education sessions.
**Platform & Financial Operations**
+ Maintain accurate budgets and spend forecasts; actualize spend and reconcile invoices in internal systems (e.g., Prisma, Salesforce).
+ Work with APEX leads to ensure billing processes run smoothly for assigned campaigns.
+ Log and supervise all campaign details in Salesforce and internal systems.
**Collaboration & Growth**
+ Collaborate closely with Social Supervisors and Managers to assist in planning and reporting.
+ Assist in pulling data, crafting insights, and building performance recaps.
+ Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training for junior team members.
+ Embrace a test-and-learn culture and bring proactive ideas to team discussions.
+ Maintain a pulse check on current trends across Social platforms to keep the Social team up to date with what’s happening in the industry.
**Qualifications**
**Requirements**
+ 1–2 years of experience in paid social campaign execution, either at an agency, in-house, or on the platform side. Looking for hands-on-keyboard experience across the following platforms: TikTok, SNAP, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn & Pinterest.
+ Foundational knowledge of social media platforms and their ad buying tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat, etc.).
+ Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and budget management.
+ Familiarity with internal systems such as Prisma, OX, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.
+ Highly organized, diligent, and responsive to timelines.
+ Demonstrates curiosity, collaboration, and motivation to grow in the digital media space.

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
