**What you will do**
+ Conceptualize and Complete Creative Projects: Bring our brand personality to life through outstanding graphic design implementations across different mediums. This involves designing marketing collateral, high-profile reports, presentations, event materials, and other branded content.
+ Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with design strategists and managers to maintain brand consistency and design quality. Collaborate with the accounts team on specifications, final outputs, and file delivery to both internal and external collaborators.
+ Stay Current with Trends and Technology: Keep up to date with design trends and advancements in creative technology, particularly within Adobe Creative Cloud.
+ Client Consultation: Offer design consultation services to clients, ensuring their vision aligns with our brand's ethos.
+ Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Flexibility to handle additional tasks as needed, showcasing your adaptability.
**Who You Are**
+ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
+ 2+ years of professional graphic design experience working directly with Principal Products/Services as well as Principal Brand/Insight Standards.
+ Creative and Strategic Skills: Proven ability to translate ideas from a brief into flawless design executions. Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and strategic decision-making skills are essential.
+ Proficiency in Design Systems: Extensive understanding of visual brand systems and standard methodologies for design across various mediums and platforms.
+ Showcase your graphic design skills with a portfolio highlighting layout, typography, content hierarchy, photo editing, and illustration.
+ Marketing and Digital Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing, advertising, public relations, and digital marketing strategies.
+ Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and other design software. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
+ Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
+ Attention to Detail: Emphasis on accuracy and quality in all design work.
+ Effective Communication: Strong skills in communication and presentation, with the ability to estimate project timelines accurately.
+ Adaptability: Must be adaptable, flexible, and capable of building and maintaining effective relationships.
**Salary Range Information**
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
**Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)**
$25.96 - $47.31 / hour
**Time Off Program**
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
