Senior Associate, Customer & Supplier Experience- Global Supplier Outreach Team

We are the Global Supplier Outreach team, responsible for outreaching to our external partners (suppliers) to optimize supplier performance and compliance. Our goal is to drive corrective actions in supplier behavior while addressing operational challenges and ensuring seamless operations and partner satisfaction.
As an Outreach Specialist you will be a driven, determined, collaborative, and self-motivated individual. You will proactively guide our partners (suppliers) to exceed our customers’ expectations through continuous outreach efforts whilst improving supplier performance. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on end-to-end (E2E) processes, this role demands managing multiple outreach initiatives concurrently, prioritizing effectively, and using personal judgment to define subsequent steps and resolutions.

What You’ll Do:
+ Independently investigate issues stemming from outreach requirements
+ Identify and document root causes, and implement corrective actions
+ Serve as an SME on E2E processes to educate suppliers
+ Provide guidance and training to suppliers to improve their performance and adherence to requirements
+ Manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously
+ Prioritize tasks and outreach activities effectively to ensure timely resolutions
+ Actively utilize personal judgment to define next steps and resolutions
+ Make informed decisions to resolve supplier-related issues efficiently
+ Work collaboratively with suppliers to identify areas for improvement
+ Develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier performance
+ Test new, innovative ideas in outreach efforts, identifying patterns and recommending improvement opportunities for Globalization efforts
What You'll Have:
Demonstrable experience, successfully supporting external partners positively driving performance management and/or compliance within an operational/ supply chain/ corporate retail environment.
+ Excellent communication skills, someone who can translate complex data in a clear and concise manner to quickly build and influence strong and trusting stakeholder/partner partnerships.
+ The knowledge and capability to effectively tailor build, implement, monitor and continuously adapt action plans in driving positive change.
+ A data driven mindset, someone who shows a strength in handling big data, identifying insights and converting into business decisions.
+ The ability to handle multiple projects, and synthesize data into consumable formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication
+ Display strong stakeholder/ partner management skills with a passion for providing and enhancing partner experience and satisfaction.
+ Confident IT navigation skills, with the agility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
+ Thrive within an agile, fast paced environment, remaining calm, composed and focused on the priorities without neglecting project timeframes.
